We are looking for a Product Manager who has hands-on experience in a crypto exchange environment and understands how to translate user insights into clear product direction.

Role Overview

The Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle end-to-end, gathering user feedback, defining requirements, coordinating with engineering, and ensuring smooth feature delivery. This role requires someone who is structured, proactive, and deeply familiar with how crypto exchanges operate at a technical and user-experience level.

Key Responsibilities

·      Collect, analyse, and prioritize user feedback to inform product improvements and feature development.

·      Translate product ideas and issues into clear, actionable requirements and user stories for the engineering team.

·      Work closely with Engineering to plan sprints, clarify requirements, and ensure timely delivery of product updates.

·      Manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.

·      Evaluate product performance using data, user behaviour insights, and feedback loops.

·      Conduct competitor research within crypto exchanges and identify opportunities for improvement.

·      Support internal teams (Support, Compliance, Operations) by documenting product processes and ensuring smooth adoption of new features.

·      Coordinate feature testing, QA checks, and post-release monitoring.

·      Identify recurring issues and propose long-term product fixes, not just short-term patches.

·      Ensure all product decisions uphold security, compliance, and platform reliability.

Required Qualifications

·       Mandatory: Previous working experience in a crypto exchange.

·       2–4 years of product management experience in fintech or technology.

·       Strong understanding of blockchain basics, crypto wallets, order books, deposits/withdrawals, and trading flows.

·       Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and process documentation.

·       Excellent collaboration skills with engineering and cross-functional teams.

·       Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make data-informed decisions.

·       Good communication skills and an organized approach to managing priorities.

Bonus Skills

·       Experience with agile product development and sprint planning.

·       Familiarity with analytics tools for product and user behaviour tracking.

·       Basic UX/UI understanding to guide design conversations.

·       Technical background or ability to engage deeply with engineering constraints.
